WHAT'S
NEW IN 2008?
• THE WINE CLASS (NEW) - BOTH EVENINGS
This year we are adding a designated area for tutored tastings by professionals
called The Wine Class.
3 x 1 hour tasting sessions will be held over the two evenings. Each class
will have maximum 40 people. These classes will concentrate on a vertical,
varietal and wine & food session. Our Cape Wine Masters will host
these exciting Wine Classes. Book when you arrive at the festival.

WINE AND FOOD LUNCHEONS IN SOWETO (NEW)
Several restaurants in Soweto have indicated a desire to host wine and
food luncheons on the Saturday, 6th September @ lunchtime - 12.30
to 15.30. These luncheons will be interactive and educational, concentrating
on matching flavours of traditional meals with wines.

• WINE LOVERS COMPETITIONS (NEW) - BOTH EVENINGS
The Wine Lovers Competition will be open to all visitors to the festival.
Winners will be drawn every hour on the hour. The only stipulation is
that the winners have to be at the festival at the time of the draw and
collect their prizes at the time of the draw.
